How deliveries are billed

Your first delivery is paid at checkout. After that, the card you used is charged automatically on each delivery date through our secure Shopify checkout, and you get an order confirmation for every delivery.

How the savings tiers work

Each plan starts with its first-order savings. After 5 billed subscription orders on that plan, the higher savings apply automatically. Skipped and cancelled deliveries do not count.

Sitewide sales

Sitewide sale prices apply to one-time purchases only. Subscription deliveries get your subscription savings instead.

Skip, pause, change frequency or cancel

You can skip a delivery, pause and resume, change your delivery frequency, or cancel at any time from the subscription portal linked in My Rewards. Cancelling stops future charges immediately.
