Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we will gladly replace any products that arrive damaged due to shipping or correct any errors in your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

    2.    Provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
    3.    Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
